El Dorado Hills has a healthy supply of homes as supply is near the 9 month mark with 448 single family homes on the market. Sales were stable at 50 homes closing for August, although slower for pending sales at 20 for the month. 124 homes were listed in August with 92 homes expired or withdrawn.
