Folsom Real Estate: August 2007 Review
Folsom's real estate market has kept a fairly low inventory through 2007 thus far and now stands at an approximate 6.55 month supply with 348 single family homes. August added 129 new listings to the market, there were also 58 homes that closed escrow while 44 homes went under contract. 111 homes posted as Expired or Withdrawn from the market place.
