7 Ways to Stage Your Home to Sell Part 2

Here are the final 3 steps to implement in staging your home to sell.

5. Creativity - Get creative with items you may already have. Tying ribbon or raffia around bathroom towels, or rolling them up to give a 'spa' like feeling. Place fresh flowers, branches or greenery from around your yard in a pretty vase to bring the outdoors in and add visual interest to a room.

6. Communication - Communicate the feeling or purpose of a room to the potential buyer without words but with staging. Do you have a room you use as 'storage'? You don't want to communicate that to a buyer so de-clutter and give it a purpose. Such as an office, guest room, craft room or music room etc.

7. Commitment - This is a Big one. You must commit to doing your part & keep your home looking the part. The world is a stage and your home is the main act so make sure it show its best everytime.
