Folsom Real Estate: April 2007 Review
Folsom's real estate market pace continues sure and steady. Managing to keep inventory under a 4.5 month supply since February 2007 is something to brag about. April's single family housing supply stood at 3.17 months. While adding 101 new listings to the market for the month of April, there was also an impressive 81 homes that closed escrow while 35 homes went under contract. 66 homes posted as Expired or Withdrawn from the market place. Currently there are 361 single family homes active in the Folsom MLS.
