Top 10 reasons Baby Boomers should buy a home in Folsom, El Dorado Hills or Cameron Park

If you are a Baby Bboomer you are on or thinking about the road to retirement. Because you are savvy investors 25% of Baby Boomers own at least one piece of land, rental property, commercial real estate or vacation home, according to NAR. (National Association of Realtors) Why should you buy a home in Folsom, El Dorado Hills or Cameron Park? Here's my top 10 list.

  1. We're half way between Beautiful Lake Tahoe & San Francisco.
  2. Folsom Lake, The American River, Jenkinson Lake, Cameron Park & Lake Lake Natoma. Brimming with water activities like boating & jet skiing, fishing, kayaking, swimming, wind surfing Folsom, El Dorado Hills and Cameron Park residents have fun just minutes away.
  3. Fantastic Master Planned communities such as Serrano, Empire Ranch, & The Parkway.
  4. Trails as far as the eye can see. Take a long walk or bike ride down the American River trail, or meander through the many greenbelts around town.
  5. Beautiful lots, and acreage available to build your dream home on.
  6. Golfing, golfing and more golfing
  7. Still small town enough to know your neighbors- and we're nice too!
  8. Wine tasting. From El Dorado Counties Apple Hill areas, to Amador Counties local wineries our area is prime to grow some fabulous wines!
  9. Skiing & snowboarding with some of the finest runs around. Sierra at Tahoe, Heavenly & Kirkwood.
Not a Baby Boomer but tempted by this tantalizing list? Come up for a visit and you'll want to stay permanently no matter what your generation.
