Finally the rain has come back to El Dorado & Sacramento Counties. December & January's spring-like weather may have helped to bolster recent sales as our market picks up a little momentum. Folsom and El Dorado Hills single family home inventory is at an approx. 12 mo.supply. The time is right for home buyers! Home prices have seen a moderate drop from 2005-06 prices and interest rates are still at 40 year lows at @ 6.125% for buyers with good FICO scores. The stage is set, so will the rain dampen more than just our plants? With all the positives in our market right now it will take more than a few inches of rain to stop a good thing.
